  • 4 cups rice cooked and cooled jasmine white rice
  • 1 lb crawfish tails peeled cooked
  • 4 scallions thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup snow peas frozen
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce plus more for serving
