  • Apple or Hickory ood for flavor

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup vinegar apple cider
  • 2 tsp garlic minced garlic - OR 1 teaspoon garlic powder or roasted garlic powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika smoked - non-smoked will work fine too
  • 3 tsps Italian seasoning - OR Herbs de Provence

Dry Rub

  • ¼ cup sugar dark brown
  • 1 tbsp alt coarse sea s
  • 2 tsp black pepper cracked
  • 2 tsps paprika smoked hot or mild, whichever you prefer
  • 2 tsps garlic powder
  • 2 tsps onion powder
  • 1 tsp mustard ground
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
