Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 3 lb Goat cut into chunks
Vegetables
  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 4 large carrots
  • 1 cup yam diced
  • 1/2 cup eddoes diced
Seasonings:
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar brown sugar or molasses
  • 2 tsp cloves
  • 2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp salt Seasoned to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder to taste
  • 1/2 tsp pepper Black

Instructions

Prepare the Goat Meat
  1. Wash the goat meat with lemon juice and water. This helps clean it well.
Brown the Meat
  1. In a pot, heat a bit of oil. Add sugar to help brown the meat. Then, add the goat meat. Cook until all sides are browned.
Add Water and Spices
  1. Pour in 1 liter of water. Add the spices and thyme. Bring everything to a boil.
