Ingredients
  

Pork Ribs

  • 4 pounds pork ribs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup chile sauce
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup rum
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 dash black pepper ground

BBQ Sauce

  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Molasses
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Cayenne Powder
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Salt

Espresso Marinade

  • 2 cups espresso or 2 cups strong coffee
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoons salt kosher
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar balsamic

  • In a bowl, mix the black pepper, ground espresso, brown sugar, onion powder and salt for the dry rub. Season the ribs thoroughly with the dry rub and let sit for 30 minutes in fridge.

  • Marinate the ribs in the espresso for 4 to 6 hours.
