  • 4 pork chops bone in around an inch thick
  • ¼ cup sriracha sauce
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 stick butter salted
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil toasted
  • 1 tbsp oil oil for sautéing
  • salt and pepper
