- 4 pork chops bone in around an inch thick
- ¼ cup sriracha sauce
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/2 stick butter salted
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil toasted
- 1 tbsp oil oil for sautéing
- salt and pepper
Build a campfire or preheat grill to 375.
Whisk together sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce and toasted sesame oil.
Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat the butter over the fire in a cast iron skillet with lid.
When oil is simmering, add the chops and brown for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Spoon the sauce over the chops and place the pan in the oven. Bake for 6-8 minutes.
